I have noticed this also since i registered to the forum.
Forum displays:
"All times are GMT +2. The time now is 08:37 AM"
But GMT+2 now is 01:51PM
Apologies if this is in the wrong section, but I noticed today that the time on the forum was wrong.
I thought that maybe I had the wrong timezone set in my profile. I checked it out and it is set to GMT with day time saving.
I am in GMT timezone, but the times were still wrong.
I then looked at the bottom of the page and it says
All times are GMT. The time now is 05:04 AM.
^^ the real time in GMT at the time of seeing that was 10:04AM.
The time it states looks more like EST to me.
Just thought id mention this.
Regards,

The Server Cluster that hosts "Remote-Exploit.org" is located in a temportal which is connected to the multiverse.
The normal laws of Physics do not apply due to the temperature been absolute zero and the system been spread over the entire universes.
So with all these factors the display time may be slightly off now and again.

A subjected but untested fix is to install a Flux Capacitor on to your system.
You are not the first to mention this see this thread:

As this was mentioned around September 07 and it is still the same it seems as though it is not a huge priority as compared to say the development of BT3 final.
Don't worry as long as the forum is working otherwise.![]()

There's really no problem as long as we're all on the same wrong time. Now if it gave everybody a different time offset, that could cause some strange thread flows.![]()
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
All time is strange, history is a myth and the future a ruse.
It is well known the gravity slows down time. The Air Force folks that operate the GPS satellite constellation have to correct for errors on a daily basis because time on Earth moves slower than time on a GPS satellite 12,600 miles into space. None of this remotely accounts for time issues here on the forums, but it sure is interesting!

A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.
