There doesn't seem to be any client(s) connected to the AP which would explain why you get no handshake. The handshake is only exchanged when a client connects to the AP, which is why the deauth attack is used to force already connected clients to re-authenticate themselves. Please note that the deauth attack does not by itself cause a handshake to be sent.
