Well i just burned the iso of backtack 2, booted it up and when everything loads and i try and login with:
User: "root"
Password:"toor"
i get login incorrect, i keep trying but no luck
Whats wrong?

1) Did you verify the MD5 of the download before you burned the ISO?
2) Did you burn or CDR or CDRW?
3) What speed did you burn at?
4) Have you tried the CD in another system?
5) What software did you use to burn the CD?
6) What are the contents of the burnt CD?
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.
I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.
try writing your iso image again at your drives slowest setting.
