How about some information on your setup as well? Which video card are you using, are you running a HD install or booting off the live CD/USB, did you verify the checksum of the downloaded files, in case you are using a live CD did you try re-writing the it at a lower speed (1-2x)?

Try here and see if you can get a cheet code to work but first try to boot in vesa mode .
