Clear, to the point, not cluttered.
I liked the fact that you'd obviously decided what you wanted to show and showed just that.
My one point I would make that I found slightly dissapointing was that you connected to a 'backdoor' that seemed to have been uploaded already. You didn't show how you accomplished that, and didn't fully explain it.
Perhaps your next video could be a 'prequel' to this one, showing those steps?

It *has* all been shown before in one way, shape, or form, but that doesn't necessarily mean it shouldn't be shown again.
Particularly if you're using a different exploit, a different target, or a slightly different technique.
I like to think of 'hacking' (and I use the term a) advisedly, and b) loosely) as an art form (and one that I'm not that good at, but am learning more about each day). I like to see the methods just as much as the results, I firmly believe that everybody has their own unique 'signature' and it's fun for me to see how someone goes about something as this usually gives an insight into them as a 'hacker' (see my comments above about the use of the word).
Thanks again for posting your video, it's something that I keep trying to get around to doing, but never seem to have the time.
Wrono, If you would like to make your videos on the web like mine there is a site called blip.tv where you can create a free account and upload videos. They apparently don't care about size or amount or anything. I have a ton of shit on their site. I just mention it because some people may want to see your video however they may be hesitant to download it.
