Well actually you are only sending it to the AP and the casual user will not notice anything as the packets are not directed to his MAC address. An administrator/user would need to run wireshark or similar program at, that very moment, to sniff all packets flying by to be able to notice the large amount of ARP packets....you are in fact sending all of that broadcast data to everyone on the network.
But as you naturally only will be running these kinds of attacks against your own personal AP this should not worry you in any way.
