kismet problem/question

Alright, when i boot up kismet i got the following problems :

-Either it pops up then closes
-Either it shows my wireless up and i manage to get to the main screen and i see usuallly 4 aps, then if i close kismet once then reopen it, i get like 4 virutal wireless cards and none of them work.


I'm using atheros AR5005G

Any reasons on why this happens?
