drag and drop files

Hello,

I installed VMware Tools for Linux into BackTrack2.
Version 7.2.9, build-80004.

Resolution of screen is perfect.
Drag and drop files worked, after restarting BT2 it just stoped working.
Can somebody help me!

VMware, version 6.0.3 build-80004 tells me that my version of VMware tools is out of date.

i'd start by removing the tools and then reinstalling....

haven't had same problem myself, may just be a one-timer if you are lucky.

No luck, removed and reinstalled.
Strange becauce after the reinstall, drag and drop works and after restart drag and drop doesn't work anymore!
I hope somebody has a solution!
