Write a proposal on penetration testing

I'm looking for proposal examples written to companies on penetration testing.

Any examples, i will happily look at them to construct my own.

You could start doing a pentest on Microsoft server and such, if I'm correct their allowing people to pentest their stuff. I'l look for the newspaper where it's in :P

Microsoft announced that they wouldn't prosecute people who reported vulnerabilities on their systems. I wouldn't take that as a blanket "OK" to pentest anything Microsoft.

You might want to try the phrase "Request for Proposal" and the acronym "RFP" in your searches. RFPs are standard in both business and government, and the acronym is standard language.

This document (which is included in BT) goes over all the possible areas and vectors of attack. If I were going to write a proposal I would maybe use this as a model and cover each area in my proposal.
