Okay, quick show of hands. Who still has a linksys firmware on their wrt54g?
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

    Unfortunately I do

Sad to say, some of the people I've worked with over the years are the same kinds that would retain this vulnerable a firmiware....

I am pretty sure no one buys these to use linksys firmware.

I do but only because it's still sitting in a box waiting for me to install it

Obviously once I get to that point it will only last a few mins
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.

I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.

And I'm pretty sure no one leaves their default passwords on or has god, secret, sex, or password as a password anymore......

Obviously once I get to that point it will only last a few mins
Was that decision made before or after reading the article?
