When you are activating 'qtparted' it is trying to run it on /dev/hda which is the cd. My suggestion is if you already have Windows XP loaded, get partition magic or some similar partition tool for windows and use that instead.

previously i used to have a win xp sp2 and ms 2003
i have removed ms2003 and installed win xp
in both the cased iam getting the following out put
