DWA wireless not recognized

Hi first post here so hi to all.

I have a live cd bt1 after failing to get bt2 download to boot.

it works fine so far except that it does not recognise my cardbus DWA wireless card. it finds my laptop internal wireless ok .

I am on Vaio

can anyone suggest what to do?

Hi Spiepie,

You have to check in the wiki-pages if your card is BT compatible!! Check that out first!! There is also a lot of info concerning what special drives you need for different cards.

I do not understand why you go back to bt1, why it does not boot. I'm sure the compatibility of BT1 is less than BT2.
