I have a brand new 17" MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo that I am trying to use with the BT3 CD. My airport extreme card has the following chipset:

Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 (4.170.46.5)

When I boot up the BT3 cd, it doesn't appear to recognize the interface. When I use iwconfig it only lists the loopback interface and 1 ethernet interface (which is for my wired interface). I can't find any trace of my wireless interface with ifconfig, iwconfig, or airmon-ng.

When i check the lspci output, it does list the adapter and the chipset.

Does this mean that there is no driver available for this card (chipset)? I'm a little bit confused as to what this means so I'm not sure how to pursue troubleshooting.
