It's a virus nameis; you should switch down the pc and clean it with alcohol or some other kind of disinfectant...

Just make a symlink in /usr/local/bin

Assuming fortune is on /usr/games/fortune :

# ln -s /usr/games/fortune /usr/local/bin/fortune
