kwlan was unable to configure wlan interface using iwconfig

help i have this problem when i try to activate/scan for wireless networks using backtrack 3. i am using a macbook core 2 duo which the OS live disk seems to run fine on except for when i try using wireless. i am using a usb wireless stick (BELKIN F5D7050) because the macbooks internal wifi is un-supported

what is the lsusb output of the device? also whilst you are at it, fcc id would be nice.
