Always perform a search before posting a thread.it has been said 1000 times.first thing you attach USB stick after properly booting BT.then use this command
lsmod
lsmod rt73
it will show your rt73 chipset related detail and whether drivers got loaded or not.
if still no help then
ifconfig rausb0 down
modprobe -r rt73
modprobe rt73
now dont use ifconfig rausb0 up
use airodump rausb0(monitor mode)
or iwconfig rausb0 mode managed essid <essid> key <key> (Infrastructure mode if WEP configured)
use wpa_supplicant for configuring WPA/WPA2.
it should work now.
