dual booting backtrack along with ubuntu

hey !!!!

i just ran backtrack from a live cd i wanted to install it i refered ur manual from offensive-security the same old cfdisk command but it shows nly 8 gb of free space available i have an another hard disk of 40 gb in which i want to install backtrack so that it wld dual boot with ubuntu installed in my another 160 gb hard disk any info wld be of g8 help
