Sierra card with Sprint service works in BT3beta live usb hard drive install with changes

I used this setup:

Phone number: #777
Username: 1234567890@sprintpcs.com (replace 1234567890 with your data card's "phone number", no dashes)
Password: your sprint password
Speed (BPS): 921600 (use lower numbers such as 115200 if you have trouble with this)
Port: /dev/ttyUSB0
Init string: ATZ

then I do this after each reboot, not sure if it is necessary each time.

modprobe usbserial vendor=0x1199 product=0x0120
