BT VirtualBox Install

I'm trying to install BT2 (and/or 3) in virtual box. However, when i specify where i want it to install to (/dev/hda/)the install finishes instantly and it doesn't work. I think it's probably because BT doesn't like the virtual hardrive...

Any help is appriciated.

Did you follow backtrack2 installation guide? you probably don't have the hard disk mounted, partitions setup or no hard disks on virtual box setup.

Thanks for the help. It wasn't because the drive was mounted/unmounted but it just could see it. Anyway, i settled for dual booting it instead.
