BSSID in airodump

I have done this with great success on bssid's that are 1 character long ex: "Wifi" but i am getting an error when entering a two character BSSID like "My Wifi"

How to I enter two character long bssid's ?

BSSID is the MAC address, not the name of the access point. It should be in the form of 00:11:22:33:44:55.

I don't know if what you just said applies to my case but I know what i did wrong i did not put quotes around the BSSID ex. "My Wi-Fi". Well it worked!

Try learning 80211 and general computing basics before you go and do something foolish.

You should contact aircrack-ng people as soon as possible cause you have developed a new feature after this there will be no need of essid parameter,I guess
