    Question Creating a VPN (pptp) connecting to internet with the BackTrack 3..

    Hi, guys, can you help me, I have a litle problem with connecting using a pptp.. . I trued to using installed package /etc/ppp/ but there are no result...
    It ws a question number one... then I would like to ask another question... there it is: How can i install a drivers to my videocard (NVidea geforce 7500 gs) , if on BackTrack they are working not correct ? Thank you for attention...

    Hi, there is a little bit of confusion
    ppp stands for point-to-point protocol and it is used to provide an internet connection over a physical connection (PPPoA or PPPoE).
    pptp stands for point-to-point tunneling protocol and it is used to provide a tunnel over an existent connection (as an example for a VPN over a "normal" adsl line). If u wish to create a vpn u have to install openvpn package.
    Second, which problem do u have with the video card? Maybe a configuration problem?
