If you mean why you're not getting ARP's then its because different AP's are different some are pickier than others try other aireplay options
aireplay-ng -2 -p 0841 -c FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF -b AP_BSSID -h YOUR_MAC wlan0(DEVICE)

A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.

Could be hundreds of reasons. Clientless attacks are really hit and miss. Could depend on the AP being probed and how they implement their stack and software. Could be the AP is using MAC filtering and just dropping your packets. Maybe ARP packets are not being generated. Did you analyze your capture session to see what was going on? You should see ARP packets being transmitted.
Again, this is really a hit and miss type attack. Deauth against a connected client works better. Just connect a windows client to your test AP that you are running this against, and then try to deauth that one.
