I have usb wifi rtl 8187b with id 8189 but it can't connect wifi, only connecting.
Any idea, please help me ?

Make sure that you're using correct settings in wicd.
Click on your wireless network and then click on "Advanced settings".
Put a mark on "use encryption" and choose proper encryption used on your network.

u should try it somewhere, where u can get a better signal strength about 65%+ and u'll be able to connect then.
i've got the same problem when the signal strength's lower than 65%. hope that will solve ur problem
