error apear snap shot when i boot bt 3

hello mi friends i am new on backtrack 3 i have laptop hp nx9010 and wireles usb card wusb54gc (linksys rt73) and i have a big problem, i put the cd bt3 in laptop i open, booting and finaly its open backtrack3 so its ok ; but after apear snapshot many times and he blocking mi laptop even i cannot move nothing ;i dont know what hapened ,so how i can clos this operation snapshoot
