without googling it, my best guess is that it has something to do with the center of a black hole? I'm pretty sure that according to the theory of relativity, a singularity is infinitely small. But the quantum part, not sure of..
Isn't that when a quark exists at two locations at the same time? If only you asked about entanglement/teleportation. I brushed up on that recently, also some really cool stuff is happening with quantum cryptography right now, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_cryptography
