Okay so I have been doing (as Im sure of people may have seen from all the posts) alot of wireless network cracking and internal network things. One thing Im not sure about how to use is Metasploit. From my understanding its a program to exploit windows and the lack of updates on windows. I have found some things out there on how to use it and run it, but what im really looking for is a reference guide of what all the program has in it and then maybe a how to. Rather then a tut on how to run one of the exploits. If anyone has anything like that or has a helpful link that would be great. Thanks for any help.

As someone who writes some of the books occasionally cited as a resource on these forums, I would urge everyone here that instead of aiding the thieves, to do the right thing and buy the book or at least check it out of the local library. Websites like the one posted by calypso do nothing less than steal whatever meager profits the authors are getting from writing tech books.
