How do I get useful info from captured wifi packets?

Hi All,

I'm sure this must be covered somewhere, but have searched and can't find it.

I have bt3 on an eee 2g.

I can crack my own network using the air-ng suite of programs.

I have sat looking at packets using wireshark.

There must be a way of reconstructing the captured packets to see
what the original user is doing?

If someone would point me to any resources that will help, it would be greatly appreciated. (thanks in advance).
