Default 802.11 packet injection using aireaply

    Hi guys.
i'm trying to launch a pakcet injection
using aireaply-ng command (ver 0.9.1), through the ath0 interface.

i have he following pcap file:

    uploading.com/files/J0TZ5OIR/tc.cap.html

the interface is in monitor mode.

    bt ~ # aireplay-ng --test -r /root/Desktop/tc.pcap ath0

    i get the response:

Wrong linktype from pcap file header (expected LINKTYPE_IEEE802_11) -
this doesn't look like a regular 802.11 capture.

    any idea?
    thanks!

Try using attack 3 in conjunction with attack 1 and 0. If you need instructions, there are tutorials here on the forum that you can search for. Or you can check on my blog n00bhacker.blogspot.com or thenewbiehacker.com
