When i boot backtrack it states:

device not accepting new address (Number), error -110

The number rages from 3 then 8 then 7 and sometimes it scrolls this random text for about 2000 lines and says omething has been disabled for 5 minutes.

Any Idea what this is for. It happens randomly with live cd and usb boot aswell. Only usb device usually plugged in unless I am using the usb boot is my ralink usb wireless card.
