Huh???![]()
i think it would be cool for people to post their personalized backtrack distros. it could serve as an update between releases as well. just be sure to leave out the personal info![]()

like make a zip of the files on your thumb drive so all someone has to do is copy the filles and make their drive bootable.
Some of us have very large wordlist's and hash tables exceeding 50+ GB do you really want a zipped version of that?
Μολὼν λαβέ - Great spirits encounter heavy opposition from mediocre minds.
the truth is that you are a lazy boy because any user can install live with changes easily and keep his backtrack up to date in a few seconds......
so i understand that you just want other people that have done this job (well more a pleasure) to post the result of their works in order you can leech it.....
well sorry but MY bt is too hot for i distribute it......do it by yourself lazy boy...
Watch your back, your packetz will belong to me soon... xD
BackTrack : Giving Machine Guns to Monkeys since 2006
Let me see if I got this right. I have been editing, custumizing and tweaking my distro with personal and hard to configure software and you want me to post it so you can use it. I don't even have a answer for that.
im a newbie in bt2 but maybe some other people can give a tip to tweak bt2, LOL because guys like me im running bt2 (installed in HDD), in a old laptop, arghh!! and same times.. its gooo really slow! and please dont give solutions like buy another laptop
thx!
ok bill gates....go make millions with your product. HAVE YOU FORGOT THE MEANING OF OPEN SOURCE?!?! and quite frankly, without people "editing, custumizing and tweaking my distro with personal and hard to configure software" you wouldnt have a backtrack to configure.
and yes, i am lazy, but if everyone puts together a distro and keeps it up to date, think of how well the backtrack distro will be? it could keep up with ubuntu. honestly, i used backtrack as a HD install and installed wine and other games and used it as my main OS. just my thoughts but some people here seem to have forgotten how to share.
BT2 is not intended to be a stand alone distro like Mandrake,Ubuntu etc...Its meant for only one purpose, and one purpose only....
