Same thing here except I get "can't find interface" for eth0, wlan0 (dell broadcom), and wlan1 (alfa). About a week ago nmap starting acting wierd like it only saw 3 hosts up on a network that had about 7 hosts up.
I've just run Backtrack 5 Revision 1 on a live DVD and i wanted to fire up NMAP but i get an error. It says:
Starting Nmap 5.59BETA1 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2011-08-19 17:32 EDT
route_dst_netlink: can't find interface "wlan0"
I've read it was a problem with NMAP 5.59BETA1, any help on how to fix this? Thanks!
