How to capture the password using sslstrip in whole netwrok?

i got problem in my company as a trainer

just wana ask how to capture the password in whole network , using sslstrip without need the victim ip ,

some people told me to do this command

ettercap -i wlan0 -Tq -M ARP /10.11.101.254/ // // -P autoadd

can anyone expline how to step by step please ,

Well what does your job have to do with you capturing passwords on an entire network have to do with one another?
I think this is a lame SE attempt and so I am not even going to allow it to run it's course.
Go read the ettercap docs, and or check against there forum.
