Good Capture On Live CD But Not On HD Install

Something is not adding up for me. I can see everything on the captures on my WiFi if I run BT from the CD, but after I installed BT on my HD, I can only see incoming packets. I do the exact something for both "versions".

Any idea on why this happens?
