bt3 cannot find single bt4 can nor be run!

my commputer use x1250 video card ,network card bcm 4311,I real Broadcom Linux hybrid wireless driver readme it is not support for my pci\ven_14e4&dev_4311&subsys_1375103c&rev_02\4&1fd 2e0f5&0&0030
I don't why，but can you help me？
bt3 can be run,xconf>>startx, but it can not receive any ap isgnal anyway the ap is near de commputer.
and when the bt4 run on my commputer ,it will down at "loading please wait(just this word，nothingelse）",then I only can do is cut down power of commputer....
my computer is hp 6715s ( x1250videro card ,bcm4311netword card.)

/usr/bin/network-start

then click kde menu (bottom left hand corner) > Internet > Wicd
