My laptop Toshiba Satellite L505-Gs5039 cpu intel Core i5 Not Compatible
& backtrack 4 final don't read from boot CD & usb

But i worked for hashcalc
they are the same then your iso is ok

Was re-burn them on DVD and a speed of 4 new X, but does not work the same error message

Knowing that the same version works well on a different computer

then i would try to boot it from USB .
Have you tried any other Linux distro?

obviously this an hardware error ....

try disable acpi in BT4 bootloader

i would try add this bootcodes

pci=noacpi

acpi=off

also if you can have a minimal shell with built-in commands :

pastebin somewhere the result of a dmesg and let us know

last thing check acpi settings in your bios
