It is probably an issue with the use of splash, try disabling splash via grub.
I've recently bought a:
MSI CX600-208CA laptop.
I've tried to install BT3,BT4 beta,BT4 PreFinal but without succes.
Can anyone help me how to install it?
The live DVD doesn't even boot, actually I get till the the green page from the start and after that as if the program freezes.Nothing changes.
Help me.
Thank you in advance.

How?
Can you help me?
I'm kinda new with this.
Thanks.
I've tried to install Ubuntu too.
Doesn't work so far.
By the way for now I have win 7 installed.
Have you verified you have a working ISO? Check these steps:
http://forums.remote-exploit.org/new...wont-boot.html
Another way to test is in VMware, you can run it live from the ISO.
Everything is OK.The kit is OK,still I cannot install it.
It is because of the video chipset on your computer is unsupported, there are workarounds.. Google for information about kernel bootup hacks. Especially stuff from knoppix for some guidelines.
If you're installing BT4 outside vmware, its not a fault with vmware. If you're installing BT4 inside vmware and there's an issue, it must be a very weird hardware related issue.
Aboveall, you haven't posted specifications of your hardware, namely the video chipset in question.
