    Default Issue when installing ("Anything")

    I tryed installing dump and it says it installs but when i try to use the command it tells me that "This program is not installed please type apt-install dump"

    Could anyone help me out here?

    How did you install dump?

    If you installed it the proper way, where does it look like it placed the binary? (`dpkg -S dump`)

    Is it in your $PATH? (`echo $PATH`).
