Hash tables to speed up WEP cracking, Time-Memory-Tradeoff exist?

Apologies if I am missing the point, but I had an idea. If as I have read that for WPA cracking you can use Time-Memory-Tradeoff to create a per ESSID hash table (loosly AKA rainbow table) then would it be possible to create a hash table based on your own wordlist/dictionary to speed up the cracking process with aircrack-ng? Aplogies if I am way off the mark here.

I'm sorry to ask, but are you talking about WEP or WPA?
Your title says WEP... And rainbow tables are only used on WPA, that I heard of. Anyway, google: "how to create rainbow table"
