Installed BT4, where to find tools

i'm new.

when i run BT4 from a live cd, i remember there's a Backtrack submenu from the KMenu, in which i can find many security tools & apps.

but then after i installed it to my HDD, the interface has changed, Backtrack submenu is not there anymore. where can i find those apps?

They are in the /pentest directory, or in the path. You may want to search for information on how to copy the KDE menus from the root user to your current user.

That's a really strange bug... Never had that happen to me before.

kmenuedit and choose what to show and what not to show right there in kmenu.
