in konsole try this
sudo su
[it will ask you for the password]
then type ifconfig -a
see which corresponds to your wireless card (mine is wlan0)
type ifconfig wlan0 up
type iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor
see if you can open the wifi utility now

Just burned his ISO
Can it be done via live session?
I tried to boot Backtrack on the t91 and it wouldn't even boot. I tried running it off a 2GB pen drive (deployed via UNetBootin) and it would crash after I would select any of the graphics modes. I then tried running it off DVD using a USB DVD drive and I had even less success. How would I run Backtrack on the t91? I haven't had any success, I just want to run it in a live session, not install it to disc. I agree it would be quite useful to have on a netbook.
