    Smile Presario CQ60

I have a very similar that i use as a test PC (CQ60-215).
    For WiFi:
I do not think BT4 beta starts networking automatically. You have to go to services and click on Start Network.
Once you do that open a command prompt and type "wicd" just in case wicd.pid is not started.
After all of it is done go to Internet, Wicd and connect to your netwrok.
Remember that the supplied drive is ath5k that does not support injection. You have to remove it and install MadWifi drivers to get injection to work. Also because you can not install MadWifi and get it to work without rebooting No injection for you unless BT4 is installed in HD.

You can install packages but they will only work until you reboot.
Once you reboot everything is cleaned out and you have to start from scratch.

Just for your knowledge BT3 works much better in my Laptop.

    Good Luck

It appears there is something wrong with the ISO you burned if the Kernel is not loading.
Try downloading it again and give it another try. If you are using BT3 you have to burn it in a USB Flash drive because it appears there is no support for certain CD drives.
Also go with pre-Final instead of beta. pre-Final works better for me, I do not know about you.
