You don't need to open anything with winrar. Just download the .iso file, click 'burn image' on your burner software and select the bt4-pre-final.iso file you just downloaded.

When I used MSWindows I used to use ImgBurn, it's fantastic, always got the job done perfectly:
http://www.imgburn.com/
Just select the ISO file and click burn, then go take a poo and it'll be done when you get back.
By the way can anyone suggest an ISO burner program for Linux, I wanna add one to my Beef Up program.

I have used ImageBurn for years...great, simple, free, never let me down.
And so easy to use for my un-knowledgeable users that it is now a default install on all my corporate pc's.

Use image burn with wine, works for me.
But then I have a triple boot system, with a windows install and imageburn installed of course.
i have just burned a DVD from pre-final.iso and it's work ok. I think it can help your problem:
1.download bt4 pre-final.iso
2.use nero 8
3.burn iso DVD, just select and open bt4 pre-final.iso
4.burn 4x speed to finish
it's work ok
