Media Player for BT3 (LiveCD)

How to watch Video Clips on BackTrack 3 (LiveCD) ?
I've tried this (hXXp://hydtech.wordpress.com/2009/05/01/how-to-install-vlc-player-in-backtrack-3/) tutorial, the VLC icon appeared in the Multimedia Folder but it will not execute.
Is it possible to install a media player on the LiveCD version ? How to do it ?

Edit your BT3 iso file with winiso and ad this vlc.lzm module to your /BT3/modules/ direktory and burn your live cd.
it will ad a vlc shortcut in multimedia in K-meny or just type vlc in terminal.
