    Default BT4 error

First of all i have to say you guys have done a good job on BT4 as a pen tester i find it really helpful when im out on site to just boot up the cd and have all the tools in front of me. I've liked it so much ive been trying to load it onto a HDD and run it on my desktop.
Using the guide provided from the forums for BT4 install i was able to successfully copy it accross. However when i boot i get this error

"Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown -block (3,3) "

has anyone else had the same problem / have any ideas how to fix...

    thanks in advance

Check your /etc/fstab and /etc/lilo.conf. Are you sure your boot partition (3,3) is on the third hard drive on the third partition?

If your 100% sure that's not the problem, try reinstall and check these things: http://forums.remote-exploit.org/new...wont-boot.html

    and Google is your friend...
