I dont have this card, but try this to reset your settings.

BT3 won't connect to network
Hi I have just got an alfa 500mW usb adapter and I'm testing it out with BT3 final on my laptop. I have managed to crack the wep key on my wireless router but can not connect to the network. It shows up in the wireless assistant but when I try to connect (tried with automatic [dhcp] and manual) it fails to connect. I have tried this from my laptop and my desktop and from the command line:
shows the deviceCode:ifconfig
shows the network (and two of the neighbours)Code:iwlist scan
appears to work ok but,Code:iwconfig wlan0 essid "MYESSID"
causes the icon in the system tray to show the adapter as disabled.Code:dhcpcd wlan0
The adapter is obviously working and I hope this is a silly question I have so far been unable to view any internet via wireless or even ping anything.

seems to work (no errors etc) but still won't connect. I managed to get about a 10 second connection before it says connection was lost, thing is I looked at the routers log and no record of any activity involving my alfa's mac address (the real or spoofed one)
