Been trying to get airsnarf running , but getting "cannot access '/var/www/cgi-bin/* :not a directory"

also cant see the AP

any help would be appreciated

so make the file use mkdir

already a file called cgi-bin there so i cant create the directory

it all looks to be working now but my Intel 3945 a/b/g is in Mode:Managed and i cant change it
if i try iwconfig wlan0 mode Master
i get
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.

how do i change the mode ?

had a good read of all the info on the link even followed the guide for rouge AP

but all i am getting for
wlanconfig ath1 create wlandev wlan0 wlanmode ap
is
wlanconfig: ioctl: Operation not supported

iwconfig works for ad-hoc, managed and monitor but not for master

what am i missing ?????
