How did you network them? What os are you using?
Why did you not search google?

Do you want to just transfer files or "hack" the other computer? To transfer files look into tftp/ftp/scp/ssh etc.

To "hack" the other computer, open some ports and install some vulnerable applications and exploit them. To get an idea open metasploit, run "show exploits" command and pick out a few application for your OS and download them. Then exploit them either through metasploit or miliw0rm.

PC1 is connected to ethernet lead going to router.
PC2 is connected to router using a wireless dongle.

PC2 is the attacker PC in this scanario.

What os are you using?

Both PCs are on XP.

Why did you not search google?

I tried and just found useless tutorials what are outdated.

I am not goin to touch PC1 (connected to ethernet lead going to router) im leaving it as default XP install. and trying to break into it in any way possible

Best idea is to use Backtrack3 live CD for the attack. Use it for the attacker PC.

I don't think trojan is a very good idea, use VNC instead.

If you are just interested in transferring files, try windows file sharing. You can also look into hacking that as it is a common avenue for exploiting systems. As kazalku said, a good method of remote control is VNC.

im logged into backtrack 3 live cd on PC2 using a dongle to conect to router.

this VNC sounds usefull, any tuts for it or guide lines i can use

Just run Fast-Track on it. If it is a bare-bones install of XP without full patching then you are all set. Once you get a terminal you can run Netcat on the other box and transfer to your hearts content....
