    Default Fine Tuning with Slapt-Get?

Ok, I've skimmed through the man pages for slapt-get but I'm wondering if there are some things left out. I know slapt-get is not apt-get, but there's somethings I miss.

1.- Can you issues any parameters to only upgrade with "stable" packages?

2.- I know you can block downloading dependencies with "--no-dep" but can you issue anything to just block 1 or 2 dependencies and keep the rest?

I've just had so many problems when a package wants to upgrade X.

Check THIS out. Of interest to you would be items 10, 29, 30 and 33. I would read through the entire list though to gain an in-depth understanding of slapt-get.

    Hope that helps a bit....
