i download the bt4-final.iso from torrent... and verified the MD5, no problem at all... maybe you need to download it using another computer... :p

i think you have to access Ubuntu menu.lst from Backtrack, and please paste in here...
please search for

maybe you have to check grub using this command

gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

set the backtrack boot configuration
