Can i install BT5 on apple ipad 2?

I can't find the which computer is compatible with BT4 because i did try with my Desktop (Intel i7) and laptop (Dell) with BT4
But i couldn't run Bt4 in both of them!
Now i wanna buy new Mini...

Can i use Mini Laptops such as "HP Mini 110" or "Aspire one" or "Dell Mini 1012" or ... for BT4?

I wanna buy new laptop?
But i don't know which laptops is better than other for install BT4
btw, i have Alfa USB wireless lan that compatible with BT4.
